Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your picnic date and time. This deposit will take place after your free consultation. Final payment is due 7 days before your scheduled picnic.
We accept cash, credit, Paypal or Zelle. (More details about payment will be discussed during your free consultation)
Yes, of course ! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your picnic. While we do not provide full course meals, we do offer add ons that include various charcuterie options.
We understand that life happens, and weather is not predictable. For reschedules please inform us as soon as possible. If rescheduling is due to weather we do offer indoor picnics at your home. Picnics can only be rescheduled once without incurring additional fees. We offer a complimentary reschedule within 60 days of initial service date.
The picnic can take place indoors or outdoors. If indoors, please make sure the area in your home is easily accessible and clean. Dining rooms, living rooms, and patios make great areas to host small picnics. If outdoors, we do not provide the location, but we can make suggestions depending on which area you live in an how far you are willing to travel.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds due to bad weather. Please note all deposits are non -redundable. If paid in full, we offer 50% refund for picnics cancelled 72 hours prior to your selected date. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your picnic, you will not receive a refund, but you will have a one-time complimentary reschedule option within 60 days.
Each consultation is 30 minutes in length. The consultation will take place via Zoom. A link will be provided once you book your consultation.

The picnic experience lasts two hours. We will arrive to the location 45-55 minutes before your start time for setup and social media photos. We will then send you a reminder text 15 minutes before our arrival for break down.
Yes, each package has a list of add-ons available such as teepees, treats, balloon arch, bar cart and more. At this time, we are hosting up to 10 guests. For any additional customization or special requests please e-mail keyontaya@experiencebytay.com
